At PersonalizedMelodies, we are committed to delivering high-quality, custom-made songs that meet your expectations. Due to the personalized and digital nature of our products, we have established the following refund and cancellation policies:

Refund Policy

• Personalized Products: Since our products are custom-made to your specifications, we are unable to offer refunds once the creation process has begun. Each song is uniquely crafted based on the details you provide, making it non-refundable.
• Dissatisfaction: If you are not satisfied with the final product, please contact us at Support@personalizedmelodies.com within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to address your concerns and make minor revisions as needed.

Cancellation Policy

• Order Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, we may have already started working on your custom song, and cancellations will no longer be possible.
• How to Cancel: To cancel your order within the allowed timeframe, please contact us immediately at Support@personalizedmelodies.com with your order details.

Revisions

• Minor Revisions: We offer 3 rounds of minor revisions after the initial delivery of your song. If additional revisions are required, they may be subject to additional charges.
• Major Revisions: Requests for significant changes (e.g., changing the song style or lyrics entirely) may incur additional fees. We will provide a quote for any major revisions upon request.
